  My daughter (7yrs old) had her ears pierced today and I have to admit I was a bit dubious about getting them done here because of some of the stories I heard about the chain in general. Anyway I'm glad I did because the atmosphere was great for a girl of my daughters age, the little teddy she was given to hold during the piercing really was a comfort to her and the lady that did it was superb, she was really reassuring and she didn't have that 'that'll do attitude'. She took her time in getting it perfect and that impressed me. The sticker and lollipop was a nice little touch at the end too. Thank you
